This commercial follows ‘Glitch’, an irritating, WiFi disrupting trouble maker, as he wreaks chaos in our homes. Glitch is extremely annoying but, of course, Nokia WiFi comes to the rescue.
The client wanted to portray a series of residences that could be based anywhere and to film these in the same location. I sourced a modern development in London that would allow us to create a variety of sets within the same building.
The sound design was important for this film as we needed to bring our character 'Glitch' to life. I chose to use the mobile phone interference that can be generated when placed close to a speaker to represent the digital distortion following Glitch around the scenes. I also created the sound bed for the actors and environments within the film.
